Cancellation before shipment
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you may write to our support team on email@example.com or call us on +91 80 42138488. In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 4 working days after the cancellation request has been accepted.
Cancellation post shipment
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped by us but has not yet been delivered to you, please get in touch with our support team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 80 42138488. In case you have canceled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company at our end, they may still attempt to deliver. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, the money will be refunded to you within 4 working days after the product(s) has been received and verified from our end and has been accepted.
